How it works

From 23:41 to 08:05.

What happens between a customer's e-mail and your approval, and the rules that hold at every step.

The overnight inbox, step by step

  1. An e-mail arrives

Noctiv checks your mailbox every few minutes, reads the new message and works out what the customer is asking.

  2. It looks up your facts

It searches your knowledge base (your website, price list and notes) for the lines that answer the question.

  3. It drafts a reply, or asks you

The draft is written in the customer's language from what it found, and every price and date is checked against your knowledge base. If the answer isn't there, or the e-mail is sensitive, you get a short summary instead.

  4. You approve

The draft waits in your inbox with Approve and Reject buttons. One tap sends it from your own address.

  5. It follows up

If the customer goes quiet, Noctiv sends a short nudge during business hours, up to twice, and stops the moment they answer.

Sarah M. · customer
Hi, is the linen throw still available in sage, and how long does delivery to Germany take?
Noctiv · draft reply
Hi Sarah, yes, the linen throw is in stock in sage. Delivery to Germany takes 3–5 business days and costs €9.90. Would you like me to hold one for you?

One assistant, three jobs it never forgets.

Most lost sales are e-mails that were answered too late or never followed up. Noctiv does the boring part of running an inbox, every day, at any hour.

Replies within minutes

Every inquiry gets a reply in the customer's language, built only from your website, price list and notes. If the answer isn't there, Noctiv asks you instead of guessing.

Follow-ups on autopilot

No reply after three days? Noctiv sends a short, personal nudge during business hours, up to twice. You decide when it stops.

A lead list that fills itself

Every conversation becomes a lead with a stage: received, replied, followed up, won. No CRM to set up, no data entry.

Rules it can't break.

An assistant that answers customers has to be more careful than a chatbot. These are built into the software, not into a prompt.

Draft-only until you say otherwise

Every new account starts in approval mode. Nothing is sent without your click. Auto-send is a switch you turn on later, per business.

No invented prices, dates or promises

Every number in a reply must trace back to a line in your knowledge base. If it can't, the reply is held and you're asked.

Sensitive e-mails go to a human

Complaints, refunds, legal questions, discount requests and angry messages are never answered automatically.

Your data stays yours

Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). E-mail text is deleted after 90 days by default. One button deletes everything, for good.

Up and running in an evening.

Connect your mailbox

Gmail, Google Workspace or your hosting provider's mailbox. Two minutes, no IT.

Give it your facts

Paste your website, upload a price list, write a few notes. That is all it will ever answer from.

Approve the first replies

Drafts arrive by e-mail with Approve and Reject buttons. After a week you'll know exactly what it can handle on its own.

What it never does.

The short version of the rules, for the moment you are about to connect your inbox.

  • Send before you approve

Unless you switch on auto-send yourself, every reply waits for your click.

  • Guess a price or a date

If a number isn't in your knowledge base, the reply is held and you're asked.

  • Handle money back or anger

Refunds, complaints, legal questions and discount requests always go to you.

  • Move your e-mail anywhere

Replies go out from your own mailbox and sit in your Sent folder. Nothing to migrate, nothing to export.

See it work on your own inbox.
