What happens when the trial ends?
You decide whether to continue. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged automatically; if you don't subscribe, Noctiv stops working on your inbox and your data is deleted on request.
Is the price per mailbox or per business?
Per business. The plan includes one connected mailbox with unlimited conversations. If you need more mailboxes, write to us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Write to contact@noctiv.io and the next month isn't charged. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, every month, to the e-mail address you choose. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
Are there limits I should know about?
Conversations are unlimited. To protect every customer, unusually heavy use is paused and we get in touch before anything else happens.
